Usually three sessions are all that is needed. These are booked over three weeks and you will have techniques to work on in between the sessions. 

 

Adult session rate - £130

60 minute session for children and teens (up to 16) - £100

Parenting with Confidence and Calm

30 minute phone call - £50

30 minute phone call with follow up support emails £80/100 depending on the amount of support required
